“一阴一阳结”理论指导下五输穴治疗喉科急症的临床运用

摘　　要：喉科急症主要包括急喉痹、急喉风、喉痈、乳蛾等疾病,起病急,病变迅速,严重者可导致气道阻塞,呼吸困难,危及生命。“一阴一阳结”是喉痹的根本病机,厥阴少阳相结为患、咽喉气机不利是导致喉科急症的重要病机。西医以抗生素、激素治疗为主,但中医针刺五输穴治疗喉科急症,可以快速缓解症状,并减少抗生素的使用。Laryngeal emergency mainly includes laryngeal arthralgia,acute laryngeal wind,throat abscess,tonsillitis and other diseases,which has acute onset,rapid lesions,and severe cases can lead to airway obstruction,breathing difficulties,life-threatening."One Yin and One Yang Knot"is the fundamental pathogenesis of pharyngitis.Being infected in Jueyin and Shaoyang phase and disorder of laryngeal qi movement are the important pathogenesis of laryngeal emergency.In western medicine,antibiotics and hormone therapy are the main treatments,but in traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture at Five-shu acupoints can quickly relieve symptoms and reduce the use of antibiotics.
