民族地区旅游产业与区域经济的耦合协调度分析:以西藏地区为例

摘　　要：经济高质量发展已经成为当前西藏经济社会发展的必然要求,而旅游产业又是西藏经济发展的主导产业和重要驱动力,同时新时代进一步激活西藏经济内循环与实现高质量发展的关键举措之一是如何实现二者良好协调发展。鉴于此,文章分析了2000-2020年间西藏旅游产业与区域经济的耦合协调度。结论表明:在研究期内的21年里,西藏旅游产业综合发展指数呈现小幅波动上升的态势,西藏区域经济综合发展指数始终保持逐年增长,且增长幅度较高,旅游产业与区域经济协调发展指数由2000年的0.015稳步上升到2020年的0.867;两大系统的耦合度值均在0.7到1之间,说明二者之间高度相关且存在非常显著的耦合关系;西藏旅游产业与区域经济的耦合协调度经历从严重失调到初级协调,再到良好协调并最终达到优质协调的动态演变过程,2000-2020年间耦合协调度值从0.118上升到0.923。自2018年以来,旅游产业与区域经济始终保持良好的协调度,协调发展类型为优质协调。High-quality economic development has become an inevitable requirement for the current economic and social development of Tibet,while tourism industry is the leading industry and an important driving force for the economic development of Tibet.Meanwhile,one of the key initiatives to further activate the internal circula⁃tion of Tibet's economy and achieve high-quality development in the new era is how to achieve a good and coor⁃dinated development of the two.In view of this,the article analyzes the coupling and coordination degree of Ti⁃bet's tourism industry and regional economy during 2000-2020,and theempirical conclusion shows that during the 21 years of the study period,the comprehensive development index of Tibet tourism industry shows a small fluctuation and increase,and the comprehensive development index of Tibet's regional economy always keeps growing year by year and the growth rate is high,and the coordinated development index of tourism industry and regional economy increases steadily from 0.015 in 2000 to 0.016 in 2020.The coupling degree values of the two are between 0.7 and 1,indicating that they are highly correlated and there is a very significant coupling relation⁃ship between them.The coupling and coordination degree of Tibet's tourism industry and regional economy expe⁃riences a dynamic evolution process from serious disorder to primary coordination,then to good coordination and finally to high-quality coordination as from 2000 to 2020 the coupling and coordination degree increased from 0.118 to 0.923,and since 2018,the tourism industry and regional economy have always maintained good coordi⁃nation degree,and the type of coordinated development is high-quality coordination.
