摘 要:汽轮机轴封内流动是在现代高效汽轮机中最复杂的流动之一。其内部流场的准确预测,可提高汽轮机运行的安全性和经济性。为研究汽轮机轴封的密封性能,利用ANSYS仿真软件的非定常雷诺平均Navier-Stokes(URANS)模型对自主设计的轴封系统内流场、压力场进行预测,通过计算局部压力和速度,预测轴封内蒸汽流动特性和轴封密封性能。仿真结果显示,不同条件下的流动在轴封流动的不稳定,提高轴封入口压力和降低梳齿与凸轴间隙可促使轴封内的涡流更明显,节流降压情况更为显著,其机械密封效果更好。The flow of the steam turbine shaft seal is one of the most complex flows in modern high-efficiency steam turbines.The accurate prediction of internal flow field can improve the safety and economy of steam turbine operation.Steam flow characteristics and shaft seal sealing performance was studied by using the Unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(URANS)model of the ANSYS simulation software and then predict the flow field and pressure field of the steam turbine shaft seal by self-designed.The simulation results show that the flow is unstable under different conditions,increasing the inlet pressure and reducing the clearance between the comb teeth and the convex shaft can make the eddy current more obvious in the shaft seal,the throttling and pressure reduction was more obvious,and the mechanical seal effect was better.
