摘 要:针对30207运输巷掘进速率较慢的现状,该矿采用MB670型掘锚一体机施工,将掘进与支护等工序同步作业,减少支护所需的时间,提高成巷速率。掘进后采用FLAC 3D模拟不同锚杆预紧力、数量、长度、排距及锚索长度时围岩应力分布情况,得到巷道采用预紧力60 kN、数量6根、长度2000 mm、排距1000 mm的锚杆及长度为6300 mm锚索时支护效果最优。支护参数优化后,通过数值模拟及现场监测的方法可知,最大应力值及围岩变形量较小,能够满足巷道围岩完整性、稳定性的要求。掘锚一体机不仅提高了巷道的掘进速率,单月进尺由240 m提高至400 m,还节约了经济成本,支护材料由3299.4元/m减少至2666元/m,降幅19.2%。In view of the current situation that the 30207-transport roadway has a relatively slow excavation rate,the mine adopts the MB670 type bolt-mining integrated machine for construction,which synchronizes the process of excavation and support,reduces the time required for support,and increases the speed of roadway formation.After excavation,FLAC3D was used to simulate the stress distribution of surrounding rock with different bolt preload,quantity,length,row spacing and anchor cable length.It is obtained that the support effect is optimal when the roadway adopts the anchor rod with the pre-tightening force of 60 kN,the number of 6 pieces,the length of 2000 mm,the row spacing of 1000 mm and the anchor cable with the length of 6300 mm,the support effect is the best.After the optimization of the support parameters,it can be known through numerical simulation and on-site monitoring that the maximum stress value and the deformation of the surrounding rock are small,which can meet the requirements of the integrity and stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway.The bolt-mining integrated machine not only improves the excavation rate of the roadway,the monthly footage is increased from 240 m to 400 m,but also saves the economic cost.The supporting material is reduced from 3299.4 yuan/m to 2666 yuan/m,a decrease of 19.2%.
