摘  要:生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)是一种与应激反应相关的细胞因子,属于转化生长因子-β超家族成员,在细胞生长和分化中发挥重要作用。在生理条件下,GDF-15仅在大多数组织和器官中弱表达,但当发生血流动力学应激、炎症和组织损伤时,GDF-15的表达水平会急剧增加。肺动脉高压(PH)发病机制复杂,目前认为可能与内皮细胞功能障碍、相关基因的突变、炎症与免疫反应、血管重塑、血栓和离子通道异常等有关。GDF-15作为一种炎症标记物,在心血管疾病、代谢紊乱和神经退行性疾病中发挥作用。有研究表明,GDF-15有望成为PH全因死亡率的预测因子。本文就GDF-15在PH中的相关研究进展进行综述。Growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15), a stress-related cytokine belonging to transforming growth factor-β superfamily members, plays an important role in cell growth and differentiation. Under physiological conditions, GDF-15 is only weakly expressed in most tissues and organs, but its expression will increase dramatically with hemodynamic stress, inflammation and tissue damage. The pathogenesis of pulmonary hypertension is complex, which is believed to be probably related to endothelial cell dysfunction, mutation of related genes, inflammation and immune response, vascular remodeling, thrombosis, and ion channels. As an inflammatory marker, GDF-15 plays a role in cardiovascular diseases, metabolic disorders and neurodegenerative diseases. Studies have shown that GDF-15 is expected to become a predictor of all-cause mortality of pulmonary hypertension. This article reviews the research progress in GDF-15 in pulmonary hypertension.
