摘 要:当今采用的渠道衬砌结构技术状况评价方法忽略了评价指标的模糊性与随机性,在指标权重赋值上更多采用单一赋权法。为了更加合理地评价渠道衬砌结构的技术状况,克服评价指标单一赋权的不足,采用改进的AHP法与简单关联函数法分别确定评价指标的主、客观权重,并采用博弈论法进行组合赋权;利用云模型理论能在评价过程中体现事物的随机性和模糊性等特点,采用X条件云发生器分别得到各评价指标的数字特征,再将指标云模型和指标组合权重进行综合计算,根据求得的综合云模型数字特征确定最终评价等级。以中国某渠道衬砌为例展开分析,评价结果与工程实际受损状况相吻合。Nowadays, the method of evaluating the technical condition of canal lining structure ignores the fuzziness and randomness of theevaluation index, and more single weight method is adopted in the index weight assignment. In order to evaluate the technical condition ofcanal lining structure more reasonably and overcome the shortage of single weighting of evaluation index, the improved AHP ( AnalyticHierarchy Process) and simple correlation function method were used to determine the subjective and objective weights of evaluation indexes,respectively, and game theory was used to assign weights to the combinations. Because the cloud model theory could reflect the randomnessand fuzziness in the evaluation process, so the X conditional cloud generator was used to obtain the digital characteristic of the each evaluationindex, and then the each index cloud model and index combination weight were comprehensively calculated. The final evaluation grade wasdetermined based on the obtained digital characteristics of the comprehensive cloud model. And a canal lining project in China was analyzedas the case, while the evaluation results were consistent with the actual damage condition of the project.
