摘 要:针对某厂210 t转炉吹炼过程存在的氧枪喷头寿命低、喷溅严重、吹炼时间长、终点过氧化等问题,提出一种具备双马赫数的5孔拉瓦尔氧枪喷头优化设计方案,并通过建立计算流体动力学模型(CFD)对不同设计参数的氧枪喷头的超音速射流特性进行研究。基于氧枪喷头超音速射流速度、动压以及湍动能分布规律数值模拟结果,综合考虑转炉熔池搅拌控制要求,最终确定采用“中心拉瓦尔管Ma=2.0外围拉瓦尔管Ma=1.8、偏转角12°”设计方案。优选的双马赫数氧枪喷头在210 t转炉应用后,喷头寿命较传统单马赫数喷头提高10.42%,纯吹炼时间缩短10.87%,终点钢水O质量分数降低9.56%,终点炉渣TFe质量分数降低20.21%。Aiming at the problems of low life of oxygen lance nozzle,serious splash,long blowing time and end-point peroxide in a 210 t converter of a factory,an optimized design scheme of five-hole laval oxygen lance nozzle with two Mach numbers was proposed.The supersonic jet characteristics of oxygen lance nozzles with different design parameters were studied by establishing a computational fluid dynamics(CFD)model.Based on the numerical simulation results of supersonic jet velocity,dynamic pressure and turbulent kinetic energy distribution of oxygen lance nozzle,and considering the requirements of the converter bath stirring control,the design scheme of“center laval tube Ma=2.0,periphery laval tubes Ma=1.8,deflection angle 12°”is finally determined.The life of double Mach number oxygen lance is increased by 10.42%,the pure blowing time is shortened by 10.87%,the end-point mass fraction of[O]is reduced by 9.56%,and the end-point mass fraction of TFe in slag is reduced by 20.21%.
