摘 要:本研究以常规MS培养基为对照(CK),探究用磷酸二氢铵(NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4))代替硝酸铵(NH_(4)NO_(3))对甘蔗组培苗腋芽分化、增殖、生根和生根苗丛栽成活的影响。结果表明:LS1、LS2、LS3三种培养基的甘蔗腋芽分化与对照处理相比差异不显著,且生根效果都比CK好,其中LS3培养基生根效果最好,丛栽成活率也最高,但LS3和CK相比增殖差异不显著。综上,甘蔗组织培养上用NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4)代替NH4NO3是可行的,研究结果为甘蔗组培苗培养基的研究和应用提供理论支持。In this study,the conventional MS medium (MS) was used as control (CK).The effects of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4)) instead of ammonium nitrate (NH_(4)NO_(3)) on axillary bud differentiation,proliferation,rooting and survival of rooting seedlings were studied.The results showed that there was no significant difference in axillary bud differentiation of LS1,LS2 and LS3 compared with CK.The rooting rates of LS1,LS2and LS3 were better than CK,among which LS3 had the highest rooting rate and survival rate of seedling cluster.There was no significant difference in tissue culture seedlings proliferation of LS3 compared with CK.The above results showed that it is feasible to replace NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4) with NH_(4)NO_(3) in sugarcane tissue culture,and the results provide theoretical support for the research and application of sugarcane tissue culture medium.
