摘　　要：《体育与科学》杂志是2012年中宣部规划办首批“国家社科基金资助期刊”一百本之一,今年是“十年回顾”的总结年,按照中宣部国社科规划办的要求,基于共建新时代中国特色哲学社会科学学科体系的要求,我们做了《体育与科学》与中国特色体育发展之路的研究报告。过去的十年,我们坚持政治家办刊原则,构建符合中国特色哲学社会科学话语体系的体育学科;推动体育学方法论研究,注重学术史建设;树立问题导向和创新意识,变被动编辑为主动出版;坚守学术使命,强化体育学学科的独立性;加强传统媒体融合转型,打造立体化出版格局。十年办刊中的困境与问题,涉及核心期刊数据库评价合理性、体育学科建设遭遇瓶颈、媒体转型融合路径不明确、国际学术传播途径狭窄。为此,我们提出未来办刊中两个可以努力的方向性措施,第一,加快媒体转型融合;第二,加强中国对外学术话语体系建设。The National Philosophy and Social Science Planning Office of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee concluded in 2012 that the Journal of Sports & Science was among the first 100 “Journals Funded by the National Social Science Fund of China”. This year marks the end of the “ten-year review”. In accordance with the requirements of the National Philosophy and Social Science Planning Office of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and the requirement of co-constructing the discipline system of philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics in the new era, we compiled a research report on the Journal of Sports & Science and Chinese path to sports development. In the past ten years, we have upheld the principle of running a journal by politicians and developed a sports discipline based on the discourse system of philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics. We have also promoted research on the technique of physical education and focused on the development of academic history. Furthermore, we have established an awareness of problem orientation and innovation and shifted from passive editing to active publishing. We have adhered to the academic mission and reinforced the independence of the discipline of physical education. Lastly, we have strengthened the integration and transformation of traditional media and created a three-dimensional publishing pattern. The dilemmas and problems experienced in the ten years of journal publication include the rationality of evaluation on the basic journal database, challenges encountered in the development of the physical education field, an unclear path for media transformation and integration, and limited channels for international academic dissemination. In light of this, we have recommended two future directional measures. The first is to speed up the transformation and integration of media, while the second is to strengthen the development of China’s international academic discourse system.
