摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对中国足球超级联赛剩余控制权配置相关问题进行探讨与分析。认为:中国足球超级联赛来源于我国竞技体育的举国体制,由于制度变迁路径依赖影响,举国体制原有的管理决策惯性仍然持续地影响着中国足球超级联赛,导致中国足球超级联赛出现了剩余控制权配置过度集中于足协、剩余控制权及剩余索取权配置不对称、缺乏剩余控制权博弈谈判配置机制等困境。针对存在困境,只有不断深化联赛职业化改革,破除联赛剩余控制权配置体制机制壁垒,改革和创新剩余控制权博弈谈判配置机制,才是中国足球超级联赛的剩余控制权配置走向合理化的路径方向。This paper explores and analyzes the issues surrounding the distribution of residual control in the Chinese Football Association Super League(CSL) using literature and logical analysis. It argues that the CSL started from the system for mobilizing the resources nationwide to achieve breakthroughs in competitive sports in China, and due to the path dependence of institutional change, the inertia of the original management decisions of the above system still continues to influence the CSL. This results in the dilemma of residual control allocation in the CSL, such as the overconcentration of residual control allocation in the China Football Association, the asymmetric distribution of residual control and residual claim, and the lack of a mechanism for negotiating the game of residual control distribution. In response to the dilemma, the only way to justify the distribution of residual control in the CSL is to continuously intensify the professionalization reform of the CSL, eliminate the institutional and mechanism obstacles to residual control allocation, and restructure and innovate the method for bargaining the game of residual control allocation.
