摘　　要：为解决目前建筑工人管理过程中的信息不对称、信息碎片化、信任缺失、数据真实性与安全性存疑等问题,借助区块链技术的安全可信、难篡改及可追溯等优势,构建了五层结构的建筑产业工人信息管理框架,为建筑工人信息多阶段一体化集成管理提供架构参考。探索了建筑工人职业各阶段的信息集成化管理路径,并设计了基于区块链的建筑工人档案权限管理与调转方案,提高建筑工人信息的完整性,推动工人信息价值提升,助力建筑产业工人队伍信息化建设。This research aims to solve the problems of information asymmetry,information fragmentation,lack of trust,and doubtful data authenticity and security in the current construction worker management process.A five-layer structural framework for information management of industrial workers in the construction industry is built with the advantages of blockchain technology,such as security and trustworthiness,hard tampering and traceability.In this way,an architectural reference for the integrated management of construction worker information in multiple stages is provided.The integrated information management path of construction workers’ career in multiple stages is explored.Then,the blockchain-based construction workers’ record authority management and transfer scheme is designed to improve the information integrity of construction workers,promote the value of their information,and help the development of informatization of the industrial worker teams in the construction industry.
