金复康口服液联合辅助化学药物治疗干预早期非小细胞肺癌根治术后的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价金复康口服液联合辅助化学药物治疗(简称“化疗”)干预早期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)根治术后的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性、随机、对照的研究方法,纳入198例Ⅰb至Ⅱb期早期NSCLC根治术后中医辨证为气阴两虚证的患者为研究对象,区组随机分为对照组(98例)和试验组(100例),对照组接受4周期术后标准辅助化疗,试验组在辅助化疗的同时联合金复康口服液治疗。比较2组患者治疗后中医症状积分、体力评分及无病生存率等方面的差异。结果中医症状积分方面,试验组患者咳嗽、咳痰、气短、胸痛、神疲乏力、食欲不振、口干咽燥、自汗盗汗、失眠、夜尿频多等症状积分小于对照组患者(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2组体力评分在治疗后均较治疗前好转(P<0.05),且试验组体力评分好转率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组12、24、36个月的无病生存率分别为90.9%、84.4%和83.1%,对照组分别为88.1%、82.0%和77.3%,试验组各时间点的无病生存率均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论金复康口服液联合术后辅助化疗可降低患者中医症状积分,改善NSCLC相关症状及术后体力状态,并在一定程度上延缓患者疾病的进展。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jinfukang oral liquid combined with adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of early-stage non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)after radical resection.Methods A prospective,randomized,controlled study method was used.A total of 198 patients with early-stage Ib toⅡb NSCLC after radical resection with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin was included,and the patients were divided into a control group(98 cases)and an experimental group(100 cases)by randomized block design.The control group received four cycles of postoperative standard adjuvant chemotherapy,and the experimental group received adjuvant chemotherapy combined with Jinfukang oral liquid at the same time.The differences in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,physical strength score,and disease-free survival rate were compared between two groups after treatment.Results In terms of TCM symptom score,the symptom scores in cough,expectoration,panting,chest pain,lack of strength,inappetence,dry mouth and throat,spontaneous and night sweating,insomnia,and frequent nocturia were smaller in the experimental group compared with the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The physical strength scores of both groups improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement rate of physical strength score in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disease-free survival rates at 12,24 and 36 months in the experimental group were 90.9%,84.4%and 83.1%,respectively,while those of the control group were 88.1%,82.0%and 77.3%,respectively.The disease-free survival rates of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,albeit not statistically significant.Conclusion Jinfukang oral liquid combined with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy can reduce TCM symptom scores,improve the related symptoms and physical strength of patients with NSCLC,and to some extent delay disease progression.
