摘　　要：富血小板血浆(Platelet-rich plasma, PRP)目前被广泛应用于医学各个领域如组织再生、伤口愈合、疤痕修复、皮肤和毛发再生等。PRP富含血小板、生长因子及其它血液成分,能有效促进组织修复与愈合。但PRP目前并没有最佳的制备方法,构成比例也尚无统一的标准,因此其临床应用价值尚无令人满意的诠释。本文就PRP的制备及质量标准研究进展进行综述,为临床应用RPP标准化提供思路。Platelet-rich plasma(PRP) currently has been widely used in various medical fields, such as tissue regeneration, wound healing, scar repair, skin and hair regeneration etc..PRP is rich in platelets, growth factors and other blood components, which can effectively promote tissue repair and healing. However, there is no optimal preparation method and unified standard of composition ratio for PRP, so its clinical application value has not been satisfactorily interpreted yet. In this paper, the preparation and quality standard of PRP were reviewed to provide basis for standardization of RPP in clinical application.
