摘　　要：文章在调研国内外数字人文研究及发展现状的基础上,基于SWOT-PEST分析矩阵,深入系统地分析高校图书馆开展数字人文服务的内外部环境,并提出相应服务策略,助力高校图书馆发挥优势、把握机遇,建立科学、系统、全面的数字人文服务保障体系,以促进高校图书馆服务转型,推进数字人文发展。On the basis of investigating the domestic and foreign digital humanities research and the current development status,based on SWOT-PEST analysis matrix,the article deeply and systematically analyzes the internal and external environment of digital humanistic services in university libraries.Corresponding service strategy is put forward to help university libraries to give full play to their advantages and seize the opportunities to establish a scientific,systematic and comprehensive digital humanistic service guarantee system,in order to promote the university book service transformation and promote the development of digital humanities.
