摘 要:某电站灯泡贯流式水轮机振动问题较为严重,尤其是转轮室裂纹问题,需明确转轮室振动的主要原因,为电站优化运行提供理论依据。本文运用真机试验方法研究该机组转轮室的振动特性和造成转轮室振动的主要因素。研究结果表明转轮室振动的主要诱因是转轮旋转造成的不稳定流动以及叶片到转轮室间隙的不一致;转轮室部分区域出现贯穿性裂纹是由水力因素导致的。The vibration of bulb tubular turbine in a power station is a serious problem, especially the cracks on runner chambers. It is necessary to identify the main causes of the runner chamber vibration, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the optimal operation of the power station. In this paper, the real machine test method is used to study the vibration characteristics of the runner chamber of the unit and the main factors causing the vibration of the runner chamber. The results shown that the unsteady flow caused by the rotation of the runner and the inconsistency of the clearance between the blade and the runner chamber are the main causes of the vibration of the runner chamber;while penetrating cracks in some areas of runner chamber are caused by hydraulic factors.
