摘　　要：术后胃肠功能紊乱是结直肠疾病手术治疗后常见并发症。本文介绍针刺足三里穴、维生素B1足三里封闭、咀嚼口香糖等干预措施在改善腹腔镜结直肠手术后胃肠功能中的应用,旨在为患者术后康复护理提供参考。Postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction is a common complication after laparoscopic surgery for colorectal diseases.This paper introduced the applicaition of Zusanli acupoint acupuncture,Zusanli acupoint injection with vitamin B1 and practice of gum chewing in improving the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function.
