砭石疗法联合无菌5/6号乳管扩张器治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎深部乳栓阻塞乳腺导管1例的护理体会

摘　　要：本文回顾1例哺乳期急性乳腺炎深部乳栓阻塞乳腺导管患者的临床资料,总结砭石治疗联合无菌5/6号乳管扩张器治疗的效果及护理措施,包括排乳手法、砭石治疗、乳管扩张器使用方法及注意事项等。在完善护理评估和常规护理基础上,基于中医辨证施护理论指导,砭石治疗联合无菌5/6号乳管扩张器治疗能够有效疏通乳腺导管,缓解乳房胀痛和乳汁淤积,帮助患者重拾母乳喂养信心。This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient with acute mastitis and blocked milk ducts during lactation,and summarized the treatment outcomes of needle stone therapy com⁃bined with aseptic No.5/6 breast duct expander,as well as key issues of nursing assessment,rou⁃tine care,manual lymphatic drainage,needle stone therapy,usage and precautions of breast duct expander.Guided by theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentia⁃tion,needle stone therapy combined with aseptic No.5/6 breast duct expander was carried out to relieve breast pain and galactostasis,and help the patient regain confidence in breastfeeding.
