拔罐法治疗子宫脱垂合并压力性尿失禁1例的护理

摘　　要：本文观察拔罐法治疗1例子宫脱垂合并压力性尿失禁患者的效果,总结相关护理经验。在完善子宫脱垂症状、压力性尿失禁分度测定和盆底肌力评估的基础上,实施中医特色护理技术拔罐法,治疗期间配合常规护理、饮食护理和心理指导。拔罐法操作简单,无创无痛,能减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量。This paper observed the effect of cupping therapy in the treatment of uterine pro⁃lapse complicated with stress urinary incontinence(SUI),and summarized related nursing mea⁃sures.Based on the evaluation of uterine prolapsed symptom,degree of SUI and pelvic floor mus⁃cle strength,the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technique cupping therapy,in combination with routine care,nutrition support and psychological care,was carried out..The cupping thera⁃py is considered as an easy-to-operate,noninvasive,painless technique,which can effective re⁃duce the pain degree and improve the patient quality of life.
