摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在提高医院心理护理学组成员心理护理知识与方法运用能力的效果。方法2021年6月—10月开展品管圈活动,围绕提高心理护理学组心理护理知识与技能开展品管圈活动,基于自发、自愿原则组建品管圈,实施步骤包括主题选定、拟定活动计划、把握现状、设定目标、解析问题、拟定对策、对策实施与检讨、效果确认。结果开展品管圈活动后,心理护理学组组员考核合格率从89.55%(60/67)上升至98.51%(66/67)。小组成员解决问题能力、沟通协调能力和责任心得到锻炼和提升。结论品管圈活动可切实有效提高组员心理护理知识与技能,并提升组员自身综合素质水平,能够为临床进一步开展心理护理活动打下坚实的基础。Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)activ⁃ities in improvement of knowledge and practice skills for psychological care in members of a nurs⁃ing team.Methods From June to October,2021,a QCC group was established to carry out QCC activities for improving the psychological nursing knowledge and skills on the basis of the principle of spontaneity and voluntariness.The implementation procedure consisted of theme se⁃lection,activity plan formulation,current situation grasping,goal setting,issue analysis,coun⁃termeasures formulation,countermeasure implementation and review,and results presentation.Results The passing rate of theoretical and practical tests increased from 89.55%(60/67)before implementation of QCC to 98.51%(66/67)after implementation of QCC.The problem-solving skills,communication and coordination ability and sense of responsibility has been greatly im⁃proved.Conclusion QCC is an effective tool in improving nursing team members’knowledge and skills for psychological care,as well as comprehensive quality.It plays a fundamental role in the practice of psychological care in the clinical setting.
