摘　　要：本文收集并整理1例大疱性表皮松解症患者的临床资料,总结临床护理方案,探讨口服别嘌呤醇致重症药疹的护理方案。患者口服别嘌呤醇易引起大疱表皮松解症,是一种严重的药物过敏反应,在完善病情观察、皮肤护理和黏膜护理的同时,也需要加强患者的健康教育和心理护理,促进患者康复。This paper reviewed the clinical data and nursing management of a patient with epi⁃dermolysis bullosa,and investigated the nursing plan for severe drug eruption caused by allopuri⁃nol.The allopurinol is a frequent cause of severe drug eruptions such as epidermolysis bullosa.Based on the observation of illness condition,skin care and mucosa nursing,the health education and psychological nursing should be carried out to improve patient outcomes and recovery.
