穴位贴敷治疗1例婴幼儿颅内髓母细胞瘤术后腹胀的护理

摘　　要：本文总结穴位贴敷治疗1例婴幼儿颅内髓母细胞瘤术后腹胀的护理经验,主要包括常规护理、饮食护理、情志护理。在常规护理的基础上,护理人员结合中医特色护理技术穴位贴敷给予干预,其操作简单,能有效改善患儿腹胀症状,在减轻患儿痛苦的同时又能够增加治疗期间的舒适度。This paper observed the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)acupoint application in the treatment of abdominal distension after surgical treatment for intracranial medul⁃loblastoma in an infant.Nursing measures such as routine care,diet nursing and emotional care were summarized.On the basis of routine nursing,the TCM acupoint application was carried out to relieve the abdominal distension.The acupoint application is a safe and easy-to-operate tech⁃nique of TCM nursing,which could help ease the suffering of children and increase their comfort.
