肝癌术后患者主观幸福感与焦虑、自我效能的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析肝癌术后患者的主观幸福感及焦虑、自我效能水平,分析其相关性,为临床制定护理干预措施提供科学依据。方法随机抽样选取2020年3月-12月海军军医大学第三附属医院100例成功实施肝癌手术的患者,采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)进行问卷调查,统计并分析调查结果。结论肝癌术后患者GWB量表评分为(65.04±6.83)分,处于低等水平;HA⁃MA量表得分为(29.02±4.26)分,患者均存在不同程度的焦虑;GSES量表得分均值为(33.98±6.69)分。主观幸福感与焦虑程度呈负相关(P<0.01),与自我效能评分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论在临床制定术后患者护理干预措施时,降低患者的焦虑程度,提高自我效能水平,能有效提升术后患者的生活质量,增加患者主观幸福感水平。Objective To explore the relationship between subjective well-being and self-effi⁃cacy among primary liver cancer patients after surgery,and provide scientific basis for clinical nursing intervention measures.Methods By convenience sampling,100 patients were selected and investigated by the General Well-being Schedule(GWB),Hamilton Anxiety scale)HAMA and General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES).Results Postoperative liver cancer patients had a low level of subjective well-being(65.04±6.83).The score of anxiety status was(29.02±4.26),and all patients experienced different level of anxiety.The score of self-efficacy was(33.98±6.69).The subjective well-being was negatively related to anxiety level(P<0.01),but positively related to self efficacy(P<0.01).Conclusion Before carrying out targeted nursing interventions,it is necessary to reduce the anxiety level of patients and improve their self-efficacy,aiming to im⁃prove quality of life and subjective well-being among primary liver cancer patients.
