砭石治疗联合耳部皮内针治疗哺乳期乳汁分泌不足1例的护理体会

摘　　要：本文总结1例哺乳期乳汁不足患者行砭石治疗联合耳部皮内针治疗的护理经验,包括护理评估、砭石治疗方法及注意事项、皮内针操作方法、中医饮食和情志护理等。在完善护理评估和常规护理的基础上,实施砭石治疗联合耳部皮内针治疗能够有效缓解患者疼痛及乳汁分泌不足的情况,且治疗安全性较高,患者易于接受。This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of inadequate breast milk production treated by stone needle therapy combined with intradermal needle at auricular acu⁃point.The main contents of the article included nursing assessment,method and precautions of stone needle therapy,method of intradermal needle at auricular acupoint,Traditional Chinese Medicine diet intervention and emotional care.Based on the risk assessment and routine care,the stone needle therapy combined with intradermal needle at auricular acupoint is safe and effective to relieve the breast pain and promote the breast milk production.
