摘　　要：本文对国内外老年缺血性脑卒中患者非计划再入院现状及影响因素进行阐述,并对出院准备度、早期康复锻炼、健康教育、随访和社会网络支持、非计划再入院风险预测等干预策略进行综述,以期为提高老年缺血性脑卒中患者生活质量,减少非计划再入院发生率提供依据,旨在改善患者结局,减轻家庭和医疗卫生系统负担。This paper expounds the current situation and influencing factors of unplanned re⁃admission of elderly patients with ischemic stroke at home and abroad,and summarizes the inter⁃vention strategies such as discharge readiness,early rehabilitation exercise,health education,fol⁃low-up and social network support,and risk prediction of unplanned readmission,in order to pro⁃vide basis for improving the quality of life of elderly patients with ischemic stroke,reducing the incidence of unplanned readmission,improving the outcome of patients,and reducing the burden on families and the medical and health system.
