摘 要:本试验从‘章姬’草莓种苗根腐病病根髓心部位分离得到多株病原菌,其优势株GF-1经鉴定为类拟盘多毛孢菌(Neopestalotiopsis mesopotamica),并采用生长速率法测定其对14种常用杀菌剂的敏感性。结果表明,咯菌腈对草莓种苗类拟盘多毛孢菌的室内毒力最高,EC_(50)值为0.070 mg/L,较腈菌唑的相对毒力指数为64.986;吡唑醚菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、咪鲜胺和氟硅唑的室内毒力也较高,EC_(50)值分别为1.009、1.499、1.606、1.797 mg/L,生产上可考虑用于草莓种苗根腐病的防治。In this study, several pathogenic strains were isolated from the central part of ‘Akihime’ strawberry seedlings infected by root rot. The dominant strain was identified as Neopestalotiopsis mesopotamica. Its sensitivity to 14 commonly used fungicides was determined by growth rate method. The results showed that fludioxonil had the highest indoor toxicity to N. mesopotamica with EC_(50)value as 0.070 mg/L, and the relative toxicity index was 64.986 compared to myclobutanil. The indoor toxicities of pyraclostrobin, difenoconazole, prochloraz and flusilazole were also higher with EC_(50)values as 1.009, 1.499, 1.606, 1.797 mg/L, respectively. It could be used for prevention and control of strawberry seedling root rot in production.
