摘　　要：介绍了WFB立式自吸泵的结构和工作原理,对某催化剂装置两台WFB立式自吸泵投用试车时存在吸不上水量、跳闸故障进行了原因分析,并通过改进入口管路、切削叶轮的方法解决了故障。故障解决后,WFB立式自吸泵运行满足工艺要求。The structure and working principle of WFB vertical self-priming pump were introduced.The cause analysis of the failure of two WFB vertical self-priming pumps of a catalyst device that fail to absorb water and trip out when they were put into operation was carried out,and the fault was solved by improving the inlet pipeline and cutting the impeller.After the fault is solved,the WFB vertical self-priming pump runs to meet the process requirement.
