摘　　要：目的缓解医疗机构在日常工作中大量国家、省市数据上报任务的压力,缩短各类数据上报接口的开发时间,提升上报工作效率。方法基于临床大数据中心,设计构建标准化的数据上报平台,平台主要功能包含流程化的数据上报对接模式、配置化的标准术语管理、全周期的任务计划管理等。结果数据上报平台整合了不同数据上报任务的要求,通过中间库的复用与改造、灵活的业务字典配置,提升了工作效率。结论其设计思路和应用推广具有一定现实意义。Objective:In order to relieve the pressure of a large number of national and provincial data reporting tasks in the daily work of medical institutions,shorten the development time of various data reporting interfaces and improve the reporting efficiency.Method:A standardized data reporting platform is designed and constructed,based on the clinical big data center.The main functions of the platform include:process-based data reporting docking mode,configured management of standard terms,the whole-cycle task plan management,etc.Result:The data reporting platform integrates requirements of different data reporting tasks,and improves work efficiency through reuse and transformation of intermediate libraries,and the flexible configuration of business dictionary.Conclusion:Its design idea and application popularization have certain practical significance.
