摘 要:柴油发电机组作为备用电源被广泛应用,可以避免因失电导致经济损失,为保证柴油发电机能够长期可靠的运行,柴油发电机组的设计需要采用更为合理的结构。机组重量和进风流场是两个设计重要的方面,在设计过程中借助ANSYS中拓扑优化模块(Shape Optimization)进行分析,通过分析结果来指导设计,对比经验设计,可以提高材料使用率,降低机组的重量,改善进风的流场,保证柴油发电机组在最优的工况下使用。Diesel generator set is widely used as standby power supply,which can avoid economic losses caused by power loss.In order to ensure the long-term and reliable operation of diesel generator,the design of diesel generator set needs to adopt a more reasonable structure.The weight of the unit and the air inlet flow field are two important aspects of the design.In the design process,the analysis is carried out with the help of the shape optimization module in ANSYS.Through the analysis results to guide the design and comparing the empirical design,the material utilization rate can be improved,the weight of the unit can be reduced,the air inlet flow field can be improved,and the diesel generator set can be used under the optimal working conditions.
