摘　　要：肿瘤发病率高、死亡率高,预后差。化疗是肿瘤治疗的主要手段,而化疗耐药问题日益凸显,故寻找克服化疗耐药、提高治疗效果的方法成为亟待解决的问题。当前,随着研究的发展,一些中药的抗肿瘤效果得到了广泛关注。临床上用于治疗消化系统疾病的小檗碱已被证明具有抗肿瘤以及逆转肿瘤多药耐药的作用。该文总结了近年来国内外有关小檗碱逆转肿瘤药物耐药的研究,以期探索其改善肿瘤耐药治疗效果和预后的手段。Tumor is a kind of disease with high morbidity,high mortality and poor prognosis.Chemotherapy is the main treatment of tumor,but the problem of chemotherapy resistance is becoming increasingly prominent,so finding ways to overcome chemotherapy resistance and improve the therapeutic effect has become an urgent problem to be solved.At present,with the development of research,the anti-tumor effect of some traditional Chinese medicine has attracted extensive attention.Berberine,traditionally used in the treatment of digestive system diseases,has been proved to have the effect of anti-tumor and reversing tumor multi-drug resistance.This review summarizes the recent researches on the reversion multi-drug resistance in tumor by berberine,in order to explore the means to improve the therapeutic effect and prognosis of tumor drug resistance.
