摘 要:模具钢凸曲面的加工较为困难,质量无法得以保证,提出模具钢凸曲面超细微孔钻削加工优化技术。根据模具钢上的凸曲面分布情况,构建相应的结构模型。从材料和结构两个方面优化钻削刀具,计算模具钢凸曲面不同位置上超细微孔的钻削力。在考虑凸曲面曲率的情况下,规划模具钢凸曲面钻削路径,优化温度、速度等钻削参数,实现模具钢凸曲面超细微孔钻削加工技术的优化。通过加工质量测试实验可得出结论:与传统钻削加工技术相比,所提出的优化技术应用使超细微孔钻削加工结果的孔扩量降低了0.0072 mm,孔心偏移量明显降低,平均毛刺面积和磨损量分别降低了0.206 mm^(2)和0.095 mm^(2),钻削加工质量得到明显提升。It is difficult to machine the convex surface of die steel,and the quality can not be guaranteed.For this reason,the optimization technology of ultra-fine micro hole drilling on convex surface of die steel is put forward.According to the distribution of convex surfaces on die steel,the corresponding structural model is constructed.The drilling tool is optimized from two aspects of material and structure,and the drilling force of ultra-fine pores on different positions of convex surface of die steel is calculated.Considering the curvature of convex surface,the drilling path of convex surface of die steel is planned,and the drilling parameters such as temperature and speed are optimized to realize the optimization of ultra-fine microporous drilling technology of convex surface of die steel.Through the machining quality test experiment,it can be concluded that compared with the traditional drilling technology,the hole expansion of the ultra-fine microporous drilling results under the application of the proposed optimization technology is reduced by 0.0072 mm,the hole center offset is significantly reduced,the average burr area and wear are reduced by 0.206 mm^(2) and 0.095 mm^(2) respectively,and the drilling quality is significantly improved.
