犯罪经济学视角下互联网贩毒犯罪防控研究

摘　　要：随着互联网技术的飞速发展和广泛应用,毒品交易逐渐从传统的线下转为线上,互联网贩毒犯罪呈现出高发态势,而且其隐蔽性强、作案手段专业多样、交易人员众多、涉案范围广的特点使毒品犯罪成为打击的重难点。基于犯罪经济学对互联网贩毒犯罪行为进行分析,发现由于犯罪形式、犯罪行为人的身份职业特点等原因导致其犯罪成本并不高,而且相较于可能承受的代价,犯罪收益十分可观。利用犯罪经济学原理对互联网贩毒犯罪进行分析,在此基础上采取完善相关法律法规、坚持严打常态化、加强禁毒宣传教育等方面的防控对策,有利于取得更好的防控效果。With the Internet technology developing rapidly,drug trade has gradually shifted from the traditional offline to online,and the Internet drug trafficking tends to be on the rise.Furthermore,because of its characteristics such as strong concealment,professional and diverse means of crime commission,a large number of persons related and a wide range of involvement,drug trafficking has become a difficult problem and a main combat target.In the process of analyzing it based on the criminal economics,the writer has found that its cost is not high due to the crime commission method,professional identity of the criminals and other reasons.Compared with the possible cost of other crimes,its profit is very considerable.Based on the analysis of Internet drug trafficking by the means of criminal economics,the writer thinks that better results may be achieved if countermeasures are taken by perfecting relevant laws and regulations,persisting in regular combats and strengthening anti-drug publicity.
