清远市清新区居民主动锻炼行为现况调查

摘　　要：目的了解清远市清新区居民的主动锻炼情况及影响因素,为制定居民的锻炼行为干预措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,选取清远市清新区8个镇非集体居住的2373名15~69岁常住居民为调查对象,使用自制电子问卷,采用面对面调查方法调查居民的主动锻炼情况,采用二元logistic回归分析其锻炼频率的影响因素。结果86.2%的居民会主动进行锻炼,74.4%的居民平均每次锻炼时长≤30 min;52.0%的居民平均每天静坐>4h。女性的主动锻炼率高于男性;文化程度越高,居民的主动锻炼率越高;汉族居民的主动锻炼率高于少数民族居民;工人的主动锻炼率低于其他职业的居民。结论清新区居民的锻炼频率较低,政府部门要倡导科学健康的生活方式,增加居民的锻炼行为,提高其健康水平。Objective To know the active exercise situation and influencing factors of residents in Qingxin District,Qingyuan City,to provide basis for making exercise behavior intervention measures of residents.Methods Through using a multi-stage sampling method,a total of 2373 permanent residents aged 15~69 years old in 8 towns of Qingxin District,Qingyuan City were selected as the survey subjects.Electronic questionnaire and face-to-face survey were adopted to investigate residents’active exercise.The influencing factors of exercise frequency were analyzed by binary logistic regression.Results 86.2%of residents took the initiative to exercise,74.4%of residents exercised for≤30 min each time;52.02%residents’average sitting time was>4 h.Women had a higher rate of active exercise than men.The higher the education level was,the higher the active exercise rate was.The active exercise rate of Han residents was higher than that of minority residents.The active exercise rate of workers was lower than residents with other occupations.Conclusion People in Qingxin District exercise less frequently.The government should advocate scientific and healthy lifestyle,increase the exercise behavior of residents,and improve their health.
