摘　　要：目的了解济南市大众人群对艾滋病自我检测试剂接受程度及影响因素,为制定济南市艾滋病防治政策和策略提供参考依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,选取2020年济南市10个区(县)1000名大众人群作为调查对象,并对其进行问卷调查。结果济南市大众人群艾滋病知识总知晓率为92.1%。“故意传播HIV需要承担法律责任吗”的知晓率最高,为97.3%。多因素二元logistic回归分析结果显示,样本类别、未做过HIV血液检测的原因与自我检测试剂购买意愿有关,提示农村居民和由于害怕暴露身份、害怕采血、不知道去哪里检测而未做过HIV血液检测的人群更容易接受自我检测试剂。结论济南市大众人群有使用自我检测试剂的需求,艾滋病自我检测试剂的推广是目前艾滋病现有检测体系的有益补充。Objective To know the acceptance of AIDS self-test reagents and its influencing factors among the public in Jinan City,and to provide reference for the formulation of AIDS prevention and control policies and strategies in Jinan City.Methods Through using stratified random sampling method,a total of 1000 people in 10 districts and counties in Jinan City were investigated by questionnaire in 2020.Results The total awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among the public in Jinan was 92.1%.The cognition rafe of“Does the spread of HIV require legal responsibility?”was the highest,which was 97.3%.Multivariate binary logistic regression results showed that the sample type and the reason for not doing HIV blood test were related with whether they were willing to buy self-test reagents,suggesting that rural residents,people who had never done HIV test because they were afraid of exposing their identity,were afraid of taking blood and did not know where to go for test,were more likely to accept self-test reagent.Conclusion The public in Jinan City need to use self-testing reagents.The promotion of AIDS self-testing reagents is the useful supplement to the current AIDS detection system.
