摘　　要：2020年5月以来,哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院从核酸采集室布局、采集人员选拔培训、规范就诊流程、标本采集及转运、核酸采集室消毒等方面加强严寒地区新型冠状病毒核酸采集室建设。从核酸采集室布局和人员管理的合理化、采集人员培训严格规范化、就诊流程规范化、标本采集的专业统一化、采集室消毒等方面进行全方位管理,为新型冠状病毒肺炎的防控提供保障,降低院内感染风险,保证疫情常态化下医院日常诊疗工作的顺利进行。The First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University has been strengthened the construction of COVID-19 nucleic acid collection room in the frigid zone for the layout of nucleic acid collection room,collection personnel selection and training,standardization of treatment process,specimen collection and transport and disinfection of nucleic acid collection room since May of 2020.Comprehensive management is carried out from nucleic acid collection room included the rationalization of the layout and personnel management of nucleic acid collection room,the strict standardization of collection personnel training,standardization of treatment process,the professional unification of specimen collection and the disinfection of collection room to provide guarantee for prevention and control of COIVD-19 epidemic,reduce the risk of nosocomial infection,and ensure the smooth progress of hospital daily diagnosis and treatment under the normalization of epidemic.
