摘　　要：[目的/意义]发挥情报、情报学、情报机构更大的价值,推动情报研究向智库研究转化。[方法/过程]采用文献调研和比较分析的方式,对情报与智库的概念进行界定,对二者之间的关系进行分析。[结果/结论]提出情报贯穿智库研究全流程的“SQTSP过程”,从思维方式、市场性质、服务对象、属性特征、导向因素5个方面总结了情报研究向智库研究转化的关键问题,为情报支撑智库建设提出了具体建设路径。[Purpose/Significance]In order to play the greater value of information, information science and information agencies, and promote the transformation of information research into think tank research.[Method/Process]This study used the methods of literature research and comparative study to define the concepts of information and think tanks, and analyze the relationship between them.[Result/Conclusion]This paper puts forward the“SQTSP Process”that information runs through the whole process of think tank research, and summarizes the keys to the transformation of information research to think tank research from five aspects: way of thinking, market nature, user-oriented, attribute characteristics and guiding factors, and three construction paths are proposed for the construction of information-supported think tanks.
