摘  要:本文提出了一种采用结构胶粘接酚醛防火板与轻钢龙骨的新型装配式墙体。为了探究墙体和主体钢框架之间的相互作用,本文设计了3个足尺试件,考虑不同连接件,改变连接位置和自攻螺钉个数,采用单调推覆试验和静力非线性弹塑性分析(pushover分析)方法,对该新型装配式防火板复合墙体与方钢框架梁之间连接的抗侧能力与抗震性能进行了分析,试验和分析表明:使用L形角铁连接件的外墙连接构造的抗震性能最佳;上部使用异形连接件,下部使用大小U形槽铁连接的内墙连接构造次之;上下均使用异形连接件的外墙连接构造较差。整体上,复合墙体及连接构造的适应层间侧移的能力良好,但抗侧能力均较小。结合试验和理论分析,给出了使用和改进建议。In this paper, a new type of fabricated wall is proposed, which uses structural adhesive to connect phenolic fireproof board and light steel keel.In order to explore the interaction between the wall and the main steel frame, three full-scale specimens are designed in this paper. Considering different connectors, changing the connection position and the number of self tapping screws, the lateral resistance and seismic performance of the connection between the new fabricated fireproof board composite wall and the square steel frame beam are analyzed by monotonic push over test and static nonlinear elastic-plastic analysis(Pushover Analysis), The test and analysis show that the seismic performance of the external wall connection structure with L-shaped angle iron connector is the best;Special shaped connectors are used at the upper part, followed by the inner wall connection structure connected by large and small U-shaped channel iron at the lower part;The connection structure of exterior wall with special-shaped connectors is poor. On the whole, the composite wall and connection structure have good adaptability to the lateral displacement between floors, but the lateral resistance is small. Combined with the test and theoretical analysis, the application and improvement suggestions are given.
