摘 要:有效增大构件的延性和耗能能力,可提高结构的抗震性能。基于高强螺栓在长圆孔的摩擦滑移耗能机理及丁基橡胶垫片的低摩擦效应,得到一种非对称扩孔型螺栓连接。对考虑摩擦片材料、位移幅值、循环次数、加载速率影响的非对称扩孔型螺栓连接试件进行往复加载试验研究,得到其荷载-位移曲线、耗能能力和承载能力等。结果表明:铜、钢和铝的摩擦系数分别为0.296、0.306和0.232,且铜垫片性能最稳定;不同因素下各参数对该种连接的承载能力和耗能能力影响均较小,摩擦力不平衡系数处于0.919~1.050之间。所得非对称扩孔型螺栓连接的荷载-位移曲线呈理想矩形,延性和耗能能力良好,预期在地震作用下可实现稳定的滑移和耗能。The effective improvement of the energy dissipation capacity and ductility of a connection are currently in higher demand to ensure the seismic safety when subjected to rare earthquake. Based on the slotted hole with slotted plate and friction-free rubber shim, a new type of asymmetric slotted bolted connection(A-SBC) can be developed. In order to investigate the effect of friction shims, displacement amplitude, number of cycles and loading rate on the A-SBC specimens, the low frequency cyclic tests are carried out, so the load-displacement curves, energy dissipation capacity and bearing capacity can be obtained. The test results show that: the friction coefficient of copper shim, steel shim and aluminum shim are 0.296, 0.306 and 0.232, respectively, and the copper shim has the most stable friction performance. In addition, the influencing factors of A-SBC have no significant changes on the energy dissipation capacity and bearing capacity, the friction imbalance coefficient is between 0.919 and 1.050. The A-SBC has the ideal rectangular load-displacement curve, good ductility and energy dissipative capacity, which can achieve the stable slip and energy dissipation during the earthquakes.
