摘  要:既有RC框架建筑是现代城市的重要组成部分,其能否在震后快速恢复功能对于城市防灾至关重要。为了评估并提升城市的抗震韧性,应首先针对既有框架结构建筑开展韧性评价与提升相关研究。本文以既有RC框架建筑为基本研究对象,基于《建筑抗震韧性评价标准》(GB/T 38591—2020)评价了该建筑的抗震韧性水准,明确了经济损失、修复时间和人员伤亡情况。在此基础上,基于消能减震技术和隔震技术对该类建筑进行了抗震韧性提升,研究了两种技术对抗震韧性水准的影响规律,本文的研究成果可为既有RC框架建筑的地震韧性评价和提升提供重要参考。The improvement of seismic resilience of existing reinforced-concrete(RC) frame buildings, which is essential for the seismic resilience of a city, has become a critical issue. To evaluate and improve the seismic resilience of the city, the seismic resilience evaluation and improvement of the existing frame structure building should first be studied. An existing RC frame building is herein selected as the research object. Based on the Standard for Seismic Resilience Assessment of Buildings(GB/T 38591—2020), the seismic resilience of this building was assessed and the corresponding restoration cost, repair time and casualties were also evaluated. Furthermore, the seismic resilience was improved using the energy dissipation technology and seismic isolation technology, respectively. The influence of the two technologies on the seismic resilience of this building were compared. The research outcome can provide an important reference for the assessment and improvement of the seismic resilience of existing RC frame buildings.
