摘　　要：阐述了投资项目后评价与前评估的异同、主要方法,通过案例应用进行了分析和评述,为项目的立项、决策、管理、监督等过程提供可借鉴的经验。为未来同类型项目的决策、运营管理提供一定的参考和借鉴。The paper presents the similarities,differences and of post-and pre-evaluations for investment projects,and main post-evaluation measures.The post-evaluation of a real project is analyzed and reviewed to provide reference for the approval,decisions,operating,management and supervision of similar projects.
