摘  要:烟草连作障碍问题已成为制约我国烟草行业健康稳定发展的主要因素,调整烟草种植模式防治连作障碍成为研究的热点。从土壤理化性状、微生物群落结构、烟草化感自毒作用等方面,阐述了目前轮作模式、间套作模式研究中缓解消除连作障碍的机理,认为根系分泌物是介导植株-土壤-微生物相互作用的纽带,并对烟草轮间套作种植模式作用机理的研究进行了展望。The continuous cropping obstacles of tobacco had became a major factor restricting the healthy and stable development of our country’s tobacco industry.Adjusting tobacco planting patterns to prevent continuous cropping obstacles had became a research hotspot.The mechanism of rotation mode and intercropping mode to alleviate and eliminate continuous cropping obstacles in the current research was reviewed with regards to soil physical and chemical properties,microbial community structure,tobacco allelopathy and autotoxicity.Root exudates were considered as the bond that mediates plant-soil-microbe interactions.And the research on the mechanism of rotation and intercropping planting mode was prospected.
