白卡奴鸽体重·体尺和屠宰指标的回归和主成分分析

摘　　要：为研究白卡奴鸽体重、体尺与屠宰指标之间的相关性,试验选取60只成年白卡奴鸽(公母各半)和30只28日龄乳鸽,测定其体重、体尺与屠宰指标,并对各指标进行回归和主成分分析。结果表明,成年白卡奴鸽公、母鸽的体重、体尺和屠宰指标均没有显著差异;成年白卡奴鸽与乳鸽大部分指标间存在显著差异。成年白卡奴鸽活重与所有体尺指标和屠宰指标呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),屠宰指标与大部分体尺指标间呈显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)正相关;白卡奴乳鸽龙骨长、胫长和胫围均与大部分屠宰指标间存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)正相关。利用逐步回归分析法对成年白卡奴鸽和乳鸽的体尺和屠宰指标进行多元回归分析,分别获得3个回归方程。对成年白卡奴鸽各指标进行主成分分析,共筛选出4个主成分,累计贡献率达85.445%。第1主成分贡献率为40.437%,为体重因子;第2主成分主要受体斜长、胫长和胸部指标的影响,第4主成分为腹脂因子;对白卡奴乳鸽进行主成分分析,共筛选出6个主成分,累计贡献率为87.331%。第1主成分贡献率为33.863%,可视为体重因子,第2、3和5主成分主要受体廓、胸部和胫部指标的影响,第4主成分可视为腿肌因子,第6主成分可视为腹脂因子。综上可知,28日龄白卡奴乳鸽虽已达到成年体重,但肌肉和躯干部分的发育情况尚不及成年鸽,对成年白卡奴鸽和乳鸽的选育可依据不同的主成分进行测量。这些研究结果可为指导白卡奴鸽的选育提供参考依据。In order to study the correlation between body weight,body size and slaughter indices of white Carnean pigeon,sixty adult white Carnean pigeons(half male and half female)and thirty 28-day-old young pigeons were selected to measure the body weight,body size and slaughter indices.And regression and principal component analysis was conducted for each index.The results showed that there was no significant difference in body weight,body size and slaughter indices between male and female adult white Carnean pigeons.Most indices had different levels of significant differences between adult Carnean pigeons and young pigeons.The live weight of adult white Carnean pigeons had extremely significant(P<0.01)positive correlations with all body size and slaughter indices.The slaughter traits had significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)positive correlations with most body size indices.The keel length,shank length,shank circumference had significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)positive correlations with most slaughter indices of young Carnean pigeons.Stepwise regression analysis method was used to make multiple regression analysis on the body size and slaughter indices of adult white Carnean pigeons ans young pigeons.And three regression equations were obtained.Four principal components on all indices of adult white Carnean pigeons were screened out by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 85.445%.The principal component 1 was body weight factor,with the contributing rate of 40.437%.The principal components 2 were mainly influenced by body oblique length,shank length and chest indices.The principal component 4 was abdominal fat factor.The principal component analysis was made on the young white Carnean pigeons,and six principal components were screened out,with the cumulative contribution rate of 87.331%.The principal component 1 was body weight factor,with the contribution rate of 33.863%.Principal components 2,3 and 5 were mainly influenced by body profile,chest and shank in
