摘 要:为探究不同微生物菌剂对蔬菜产量及及其栽培土壤的影响,以青梗菜(乌秀66)为试验材料,采用随机区组试验设计,施用微生物菌剂EM、CH07、FD11以及CH07+FD11复合菌剂,以不施菌剂为对照,分析不同微生物菌剂对青梗菜产量、品质及土壤肥力的影响。结果表明,施用菌剂FD11、CH07、(CH07+FD11)、EM对青梗菜表现出不同程度的促生效果,提高了青梗菜株高、叶片数和产量,青梗菜产量分别较CK增加了33.55%、30.94%、30.13%、14.82%。同时,施用微生物菌剂可提高青梗菜的可溶性糖和抗坏血酸含量。微生物菌剂施用后青梗菜根际土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾比对照有所提高,其中,FD11表现最为显著。菌剂FD11处理土壤的有机质、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾比CK分别提高了13.58%、6.07%、37.89%、30.70%。因此,施用微生物菌剂,尤其是FD11菌剂可提高青梗菜产量和品质,对土壤肥力也有良好的改善作用。In order to examine the effects of different microbial agents on vegetable yield and its cultivated soil,the pakchoi(Wuxiu 66)was used as experimental material,and the random block experiment design was adopted.The microbial agents EM,CH07,FD11 and CH07+FD11 were applied,and the control was not applied.The effects of different microbial agens on yield,quality and soil fertility of pakchoi were analyzed.The results showed that the application of FD11,CH07,(CH07+FD11)and EM improved plant height,leaf number and yield of pakchoi in different degrees,and increased cabbage production by 33.55%,30.94%,30.13%and 14.82%respectively,compared with CK.Meanwhile,the soluble sugar and ascorbic acid content of pakchoi were increased by applying microbial agents.The organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium of pakchoi rhizosphere soil increased compared with CK after fertilizing microbial inoculant,especially in the treatment FD11,which increased by 13.58%,6.07%,37.89%and 30.70%respectively.In conclusion,the application of microbial agents,especially FD11,could improve the yield and quality of pakchoi and soil fertility.
