涉农高校图书馆文献捐赠现状调查与对策分析

摘　　要：文献捐赠是图书馆文献资源建设的重要渠道,目前高校图书馆文献捐赠途径利用的还不普遍,为研判分析涉农图书馆图书捐赠工作现状和对策,作者对国内41所涉农高校文献捐赠情况开展了问卷调查。调研分析结果表明,目前涉农高校文献捐赠管理有待提升,接受捐赠文献类型多样但质量不高,接受文献捐赠的渠道和方式较少,对文献捐赠者服务方式和水平不高,对捐赠文献管理利用不够。文献捐赠管理的重点主要为入藏审查、捐赠文献管理与使用、制度建设、捐赠宣传与报道、捐赠系统建设、编目等。文献捐赠管理工作难点为入藏审查。结合调研结果和文献分析,从文献捐赠制度和机构队伍建设、捐赠者采访、捐赠文献管理利用、多样化奖励激励、信息化网络化技术应用等方面提出了改善图书馆文献捐赠工作的对策建议。研究结果为图书馆文献资源建设和管理提供了重要参考依据。Literature donation is an important way for construction of library literature resources,but it is not widespread in university libraries.To study the status and countermeasures of literature donation,a questionnaire survey was conducted in 41 domestic agricultural universities.The results showed that the management needed to be improved;the quality was not high;there was less variety in receiving ways of literature donations;the service for document donors need improved;the management and utilization of donated documents were insufficient.The key points of document donation management were mainly in review and check of document collection,management and use of donation documents,donation rules and regulations,propaganda,donation system construction,cataloging,etc.The difficulty of document donation management was document collection.Based on the survey results and literature analysis,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the library’s literature donation,including strengthen of donation system and library staff team,the donor interview,the management and utilization of the donated literature,the diversified incentives and the application of information and internet technology.The research results provided an important reference for the construction and management of library literature resources.
