摘　　要：雷电灾害是目前我国十大自然灾害之一,严重制约着国民经济的发展。且近年来高层建筑日益增多,雷电灾害所造成的损失也逐年增加。《中华人民共和国气象法》的颁布实施,使我国防雷减灾工作进入了法制化、规范化的轨道,如何做好城市防雷减灾工作已成为亟待思考的问题。Lightning disaster is one of the ten natural disasters in China,which seriously restricts the construction of the national economy.In recent years,the number of high-rise buildings is increasing,and the losses caused by lightning disasters are also increasing year by year.With the promulgation and implementation of the Meteorological Law of the People’s Republic of China,the lightning protection and disaster reduction work in China has entered a legal and standardized track.How to do a good job in urban lightning protection and disaster reduction has become an urgent problem to be considered.
