银纤维/蚕蛹蛋白纤维毛巾的设计与生产工艺探讨

摘　　要：以银纤维、蚕蛹蛋白纤维为原料,生产一种具有亲肤、抗菌防臭功能的毛巾。阐述毛巾原料的选用、组织结构设计、毛巾规格设计、工艺流程和上机工艺参数设计,介绍生产过程中的络筒、整经、浆纱和织造等工序的工艺要求以及采取的技术措施。成品经测试后,依据GB/T 22864—2020《毛巾》,该产品属于优等品。A silver fiber/pupa protein fiber towel which has skin contact,anti-bacteria and deodorization was produced with silver fiber and pupa protein fiber as raw material.The selection of towel raw materials,structural design,towel specification design,process design and process parameters were described.The process requirements and the technical measures for the process of winding,sizing,warping and weaving in the production process were introduced.The quality of the finished product was tested,according to“GB/T 22864—2020 towel”,the product was superior.
