摘　　要：传统的双层组织织物保暖性较好但花纹图案规整单调,创意性地提出采用条格组织和平纹相结合设计表里换双层炫律系列色格精纺花呢。针对织物风格要求进行设计灵感构思,分析设计要点,确定上机织造参数,完成小样试织。与普通双层织物相比,所得织物的花纹图案美观且灵动多变,风格独特,尺寸稳定性良好,达到了预期的效果。Traditional double-layer weave has good warmth retention but the pattern is regular and monotonous,colored striped and checked interchangeable double worsted fabric which was called fancy lawyer based on double plain weave was designed creatively.Aiming at the fabric style,inspiration ideas was designed,the key points of design was analyzed,the parameters of machine weaving were determined,finally the sample weaving was finished.Compared with ordinary double-layer fabric,the pattern of the fabric was beautiful and flexible,the style was unique,the size stability was good.The desired effect was achieved.
