摘 要:乳制品废水由于具有高有机物(乳脂肪、蛋白质、洗涤剂、乳糖)浓度,可生化性好,悬浮物质浓度高及水质变化大等特点,成为乳制品行业亟待解决的问题之一。某工程在实际设计中主体工艺为气浮+水解酸化+多级AO,阐述了组合工艺流程、各工艺单元主要设计参数及去除率分析。实际工程数据分析显示,当组合工艺运行稳定后,进水COD≤2986 mg/L,BOD_(5)≤1496 mg/L,氨氮≤49.73 mg/L时,出水COD≤462 mg/L,BOD_(5)≤338 mg/L,氨氮≤17.46 mg/L,去除率分别在84.56%、77.43%和64.98%左右,出水水质达到《污水排人城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T31962-2015)中B级标准,说明该组合工艺是一种适用于乳制品废水的处理技术。Due to the high concentration of organic matters(milk fat,protein,detergent,lactose),good biodegradability,high concentration of suspended substances and large changes in water quality,dairy wastewater has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in the dairy industry.In the actual design of a project,the main process is air flotation+hydrolytic acidification+multistage Ao.The combined process flow,the main design parameters of each process unit and the analysis of removal rate are described.The analysis of actual engineering data shows that when the combined process operates stably,when the influent cod≤2986 mg/l,BOD_(5)≤1496 mg/l,ammonia nitrogen≤49.73 mg/l,the effluent COD≤462 mg/l,BOD_(5)≤338 mg/l,ammonia nitrogen≤17.46 mg/l,the removal rates are about 84.56%,77.43%and 64.98%respectively,and the effluent quality meets the class B standard in the water quality standard for sewage discharged into urban sewers(gb/t31962-2015),It shows that the combined process is a suitable treatment technology for dairy wastewater.
