摘 要:大兴煤矿303工作面超前段原单体支柱支护工作量大,且不能满足软岩巷道的支护要求,提出采用注浆锚索代替单体支柱作为超前支护方式,建立了超前支护数值计算模型,并通过现场监测对围岩变形效果、围岩裂隙发育进行了验证。数值模拟结果与现场矿压观测结果表明,巷道顶底板、两帮变形量、塑性区范围及围岩裂隙发育程度均有所减小。The workload of supporting the original single pillar in the leading section of the 303 working face in Daxing Coal Mine is heavy, and it can not meet the support requirements of soft rock roadway. It is proposed to use grouting anchor cable instead of single pillar as the advance support mode, and the numerical calculation model of advance support is established. The surrounding rock deformation effect and the development of surrounding rock cracks are verified by on-site monitoring. The results of numerical simulation and in-situ mine pressure observation show that the roof and floor of the roadway, the deformation of the two sides, the range of plastic zone and the development degree of cracks in surrounding rock are all reduced.
