摘　　要：为落实智能化选煤厂建设的有关要求,解决选煤厂在视频监控智能化、集约化等方面的不足,设计将AI智能识别系统和选煤厂已构建的视频监控系统与集中控制系统进行有机融合、智能联动,从而实现重要岗点的区域入侵、陌生人、未戴安全帽识别和关键设备运行状态的视频联动、故障弹窗等。实践应用证明,该系统的实施能够有效提升选煤厂的智能化生产和管理工作水平。In order to implement the relevant requirements for the construction of the intelligent coal preparation plant and solve the shortcomings of the coal preparation plant in the aspects of intelligent and intensive video monitoring, the AI intelligent identification system and the video monitoring system built by the coal preparation plant are designed to be organically integrated and intelligently linked with the centralized control system, so as to realize the regional intrusion of important posts, strangers, identification without safety helmet, video linkage of key equipment operation status, fault pop-up, etc. Practice shows that the implementation of the system can effectively improve the intelligent production and management level of the coal preparation plant.
