摘　　要：村委会选举是我国社会主义民主政治的重要组成部分,是社会主义选民自治活动的主要内容。在乡村振兴背景下,完善村委会选举有利于落实党的领导、提升基层干部队伍水平、塑造乡风文明和助力乡村振兴。然而,由于受历史文化、价值取向、人际关系等影响,导致我国村委会选举仍存在选举主体自身水平不足、选举程序不完善以及人情贿选等现实困境。因此,亟需提高选民自身水平、规范选举程序、营造公正选举环境等举措,从而推进村委会选举更加民主和公正。The election of village committees is an important part of our socialist democratic politics and the main content of socialist voter autonomy activities. In the context of rural revitalization, improving the election of village committees is conducive to implementing the leadership of the Party, improving the level of grassroots cadres, shaping rural ethics and civilization, and helping rural revitalization. However, due to the influence of historical culture, value orientation and interpersonal relationship, there are still some practical difficulties in the election of village committees in China, such as the insufficient level of the election subject, the imperfect election procedure and the bribery of human feelings. Therefore, there is an urgent need to improve the level of voters, standardize the election process, create a fair election environment and other measures, so as to promote the election of village committees to be more democratic and fair.
